Can private transport complement official event shuttles?

Yes. Separate VIP, sponsor, hospitality and team requirements can be reviewed alongside official shuttle arrangements, subject to organiser permissions and venue access.

Can you arrange accessible vehicles?

Share wheelchair dimensions, boarding assistance and seating needs in your brief. Suitable vehicles and assistance must be confirmed before booking; a standard van is not a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.

Official appointments are stated only when formally confirmed. Service enquiries do not imply an affiliation with a federation, organising committee or named competition.
