Plan vehicle classes around passenger numbers, luggage and guest priorities. Partner vehicles and additional staffing are identified in the proposal where required.
Communication when plans change
Use an agreed event contact and dispatch channel to coordinate arrival updates, revised timings and approved changes.
Service records, approved adjustments and a post-event summary are available on request. Vehicle availability, staffing, access arrangements and commercial terms are confirmed for each programme.
