Priority movements

One guest can shape the entire schedule.

VIP transport has different requirements from an attendee shuttle. Arrival instructions, vehicle presentation, waiting arrangements and schedule changes need clear ownership. We set a dedicated itinerary for each priority guest or group and align it with the event team.

ARRIVAL

Discreet welcome

Airport or station pickup instructions, contact protocol and a vehicle suited to guests and luggage.

ITINERARY

Dedicated vehicle

At-disposal or scheduled movements for meetings, speeches, dinners and inspections.

COORDINATION

Controlled changes

A clear event contact for updates, with revised instructions relayed to the assigned chauffeur.

A stronger brief

Details we clarify in advance.

  • Guest identity handling and privacy preferences
  • Vehicle class, seating and luggage requirements
  • Language preference and meeting instructions
  • Protocol, security or escort coordination where relevant
  • Who can approve itinerary and timing changes

Sensitive details can be shared through the agreed event contact rather than a public web form.

VIP questions

Careful by design.

Do you also arrange private personal travel?

Our white-glove chauffeur service covers individual and family journeys, private appointments and multi-day stays. This delegation service focuses on official programmes and coordinated group movements.

Can a chauffeur be kept at disposal?

Yes, subject to itinerary, service hours and availability. The proposal will define the scheduled period and how additional hours are handled.

Can VIP movements be separated from attendee transport?

Yes. We recommend separate guest lists, vehicle assignments and communication channels when the required service level differs.
